Miyagikyo Bourbon Wood Finish (bottled 2018)
This complex no age statement single malt was produced at the Miyagikyo distillery on Japan's Honshu Island, and then finished in a bourbon barrels for one year beofre being bottled in 2018. With spicy, creamy and salty notes, there's a big flavour profile packed into this whisky!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
White stone fruits, cinnamon spice, oaky vanilla and a floral bouquet.
Palate
Fruity notes of plum, poached pear and white peach, accompanied by a hint of vanilla, liquorice and notable malt and saline notes.
Finish
Jammy forest fruits cut through by a dash of lemon citrus.
