Independently bottled single malt from Miltonduff, released by Càrn Mòr to join its Strictly Limited collection. Distilled in 2011, the whisky spent a dozen years maturing in a cask that previously held Barbados rum, with a total of 796 bottles released in 2023.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet layers of soft, honeyed stone fruits, cinder toffee, and oaken vanilla.
Palate
Juicy tropical fruits and vanilla shortbread are joined by runny honey and sweet, cakey spice.
Finish
Honeycomb and exotic fruit sweetness linger, with toasted oak and buttery pastry.
