Single cask Miltonduff presented as part of The Octave rangeby Duncan Taylor. It was distilled in 2011 and then matured for 12 years in oak casks before it spent four months enjoying the cozy confines of an octave cask. It was filled at 52.7% ABV into 81 bottles in 2023.
Fresh orchard fruits, oak char, lemon zest, roasted malt, silken vanilla, and nutmeg.
Sweet peaches with notes of floral honey, baking spice warmth, vanilla shortbread, and pear drops.
Tinned apricot and toasted oak.
