From the Hepburn's Choice independent bottling range comes a ten year old single malt distilled by Miltonduff. This expression was aged in a single bourbon barrel from 2009 to 2020, before being bottled up at 46% ABV with an outturn of 257 bottles. If you're a Miltonduff buff, this ought to be exciting indeed!
Vanilla pod, toasted crumpets, almond, warm sawdust.
Flapjacks, digestive biscuits, and a hint of cardamom spiciness.
Peppery oak mellowed by vanilla ice cream.
Too much wood influence unfortunately, disappointing.
