Closed in 1985, Milburn has become increasingly rare. Fittingly, this bottling comes from Gordon & MacPhail's Rare Old range, an independent bottling of 1974 vintage single malt. Today, the distillery buildings are used as a restaurant and hotel owned by Premier Inn!
Sweet sherry influences mingle with vanilla, strawberry and lime aromas. Jammy figs, orange and cinnamon flavours are complemented by a touch of charred oak.
