This UK exclusive from Milk & Honey is a single cask, single malt whisky that was matured in an Israeli port-style fortified wine cask from a boutique winery in the upper Galilee Region before being bottled at a boisterous 66.5% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Lots of red berries and waxy orange peel are joined by caramelised sugar, black tea, and cinnamon.
Palate
Fresh garden herbs plus a little red chilli earthiness are complemented by cherries, maple syrup, and a hint of smoke.
Finish
Sweet tobacco and dark chocolate.
