The Elements Series from Tel Aviv's Milk & Honey Distillery is a range of single malt whiskies exploring the variety of flavours that different types of casks can impart. This particular expression was drawn from a combination of bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, resulting in a whisky brimming with spiced fruit and chocolate notes. Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Orange peel, stem ginger, and a scoop of plump ripe fruit.
Palate
Softly honeyed, with more sultana and raisin. Chocolatey coffee notes develop later on, with a hint of cherry juice.
Finish
Dark chocolate mousse, cedar, and cinnamon.
