Berry Bros. & Rudd have bottled up a delightful single malt from Isreal's Milk & Honey Distillery here that's made up of equal parts peated and unpeated spirit that was aged for three years in an STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) cask.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Stem ginger and sweet tobacco are joined by dried apricot and mango pieces as well as a hint of espresso and bonfire smoke.
Palate
Rich and viscous with dark chocolate, black cherry, nutmeg, and earthy malt.
Finish
Orange peel, red grape skin, and oaky spice.
