Midleton Dair Ghaelach - Kylebeg Wood Tree 5 (Virgin Irish Oak Collection) 70cl Whiskey

'Dair Ghaelach' means Irish oak, which is exactly what this edition of Midleton Very Rare Irish single pot still whiskey was finished in! The finishing casks were made of new oak grown in Kylebeg Wood on the Ballykilcavan Estate, near Stradbally in Co. Laois.
