Sustainable virgin Irish oak hogshead finished single pot still Irish whiskey! What more could you need to know?! Prior to this finishing period, the whiskey was matured for between 15 and 22 years in bourbon casks by those clever folk down in Cork.

Banoffee and fruit salad, some good ol' wakamomo perhaps and darker, woodsy, forest notes said to come from the Irish oak.
Spicy and rounded with caramels, clove, vanilla and some fruity coffee grounds.
Long with dark spices.

The nose hits with a a mixture of pure caramel and chocolate leavng a tingle that lets you know its a strong finish. The dram itself is amazing. Smooth and long finish with a lingering flavor of vanilla.
