Midleton's Dair Ghaelach has expanded to a new forest! While previous bottling of this virgin oak finished single pot still Irish whiskey have featured casks made from oak from Grinsell's Wood, this edition features oak from Bluebell Forest - which honestly sounds like an area from a video game.

Nose
Straw, pear, lemon meringue pie and slightly burnt flapjacks.
Palate
Coffee, honeydew melon, brown sugar, yellow plum, a touch of fresh Alpine herbs.
Finish
Allspice, cut grass and caramelised dates.
