
To create this expression, the Michter's folks take their US*1 Sour Mash Whiskey and finish it in custom barrels which are toasted, not charred. This additional cask imparts a subtle smokiness to the classically toffee-honey-and-cinnamon-dominated palate.
Please note: There are some very slight scratches on the top of the cork. Luckily, thanks to the cork doing its job, the liquid within the bottle remains unharmed!
Golden Grahams, orange peel, soft oaky smoke and a hint of menthol.
Honey on toast, salted butter, vanilla pod earthiness and white pepper heat.
Cinnamon, floral grains and another waft of smoke.
