Coperies Single Malt French Whisky
Cognac maker Merlet knows a thing or two about spirit creation so we're excited to see it move into the world of whisky. This single malt is as French as you can get, seeing as it's made with French barley in the Charentes region and aged in French oak barrels.

Nose
Floral with delicate fruits and cinnamon in support.
Palate
Rum and raisin ice cream, toasted oak, burnt sugar, and golden cereal.
