May-Lóag Irish Whiskey
An Irish single malt from May-Lóag! The whiskey was copper pot distilled and then aged in bourbon barrels, so it's a rather honeyed, fruity affair – we can see a spicy mixer going very well with this to balance the sweeter notes.

Nose
Zesty, with orange peel, fresh malt and lemon curd.
Palate
Sweet and earthy, with vanilla pod and liquorice leading into gentle oak spice and fresh peach.
Finish
A creamy finish, with more malt and set honey.
