This single grain Scotch whisky joins the collection from Italian-owned Matthew Whiskey, and pays homage to renowned Italian chef, and friend of the founders, Diego Rossi. Rossi's motto "from the head, from the heart, from the belly" inspired the name of this single cask expression.
