Fermento - Cuisine Collection (Matthew Whiskey) 50cl Whisky

The Italian owners of Matthew Whiskey wanted to pay tribute to the culinary delights of their homeland, and some of its best-known chefs with the Cuisine Collection. When it came to this sherry cask matured blended malt Scotch whisky, pizza was the dish in question, in honour of famed chef Jacopo Mercuro! Don't worry, Fermento doesn't taste like pizza, but rather celebrates the process of fermentation which is essential to make both pizza and whisky.
