Bourbon
We bagged ourselves a brilliant bourbon from Tennesee here – just the thing to join our exclusive Master of Malt collection. Matured for a generous 11 years, it's got all those classic notes of buttered popcorn, vanilla fudge, and butterscotch, coupled with softly sweet spice, maple, and richly rounded oak char. A bourbon lover's dream, we reckon, and a top-notch example for anyone looking to explore the category. A release of 349 bottles.

Hearty vanilla joins oatmeal and raisin cookies, with buttery pastry and maple syrup in tow. Rich oak char and cinnamon sticks rest beneath, with runny caramel and a smidge of pine.
Candied pecans and almonds are joined by earthier notes of vanilla pod and leathery oak. There's a crunch of peanut brittle too, with a dusting of nutmeg and cracked black pepper.
Butterscotch and buttered popcorn linger, with liquorice, tobacco, stewed, spiced apples, and chocolate caramel turtles.
