Precisely 100 bottles of this Secret Speysider join our exclusive Master of Malt collection. Distilled in 1997, this single malt spent 21 years maturing in a sherry butt, and it's laden with layers of cooked apple, dried fruit, sweet baking spice, and buttery barley.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Big juicy apples lead, joined by vibrant barley, plums, and peaches. A touch of new leather nestles beneath, with sweet toffee, vanilla, and oak char.
Palate
Soft layers of runny caramel and tickles of sweet baking spice, juicy dried fruits, and honeyed sultanas. Rich oak rests in the depths, with dark toffee, hints of oily, meaty malt, and a touch of root ginger heat.
Finish
The spices trail off gently leaving silky sweet butterscotch, cooked apple, buttery barley, and mellow oak for the finish.
