We've raided the top-secret rack at MoM Towers for this addition to our exclusive Master of Malt collection. It's a 10-year-old Speysider drawn from a marriage of casks, non-chill filtered, without added colour, there are a total of 550 bottles here, ready to spread their wings.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Heaps of orchard fruits, with soft peaches and apricots joined by juicy poached pears and flaky, buttery pastry. Tropical notes of banana bread and oaken vanilla ride throughout.
Palate
All that fruitiness from the nose carries through, with tropical fruit salad, dusted with sugar, pear tart, and sweet, creamy notes of foam bananas and white chocolate buttons.
Finish
A touch of apricot fromage frais, vanilla cream, soft oak char, and sweet nectarine.
