Hailing from a secret Irish distillery, this single grain Irish whiskey joins our exclusive Master of Malt collection! Distilled in 2011, the whiskey spent eight years maturing in a refill bourbon barrel yielding a total outturn of 305 bottles.

Vibrant layers of green apple and fresh stone fruits open the way, that hearty ABV shows itself, but doesn't dominate, with buttered corn and rolled oats shining through in time.
Sweet layers of candy floss and nougat, juicy pear, prunes, and boiled apple candies. Robust, almost rum-like with slick butterscotch and bold, characterful oak, with a touch of polish beneath.
Creamy rice pudding and fiery spice balance one another, with burnt brown sugar, grilled banana, juicy, tropical fruit and a touch of peppercorn warmth.
