We know what’s inside this Christmas present. We’re just keeping the distillery to ourselves. Bottled by us for our very own Christmas 2026 range, this 12-year-old Highland single malt brings together sweet fruit, cocoa, warming spice and a lovely marmalade richness thanks to maturation in a combo of Pedro Ximénez, oloroso, and moscatel hogshead and octave casks. Plenty to enjoy alongside a slice of Christmas cake, then, although neither cake nor Christmas is strictly necessary. The whisky has already waited twelve years, but we wouldn’t insist you wait until December. A release of 578 bottles.

Nose

Rich oak, dense toffee, and candied orange peels, with a dusting of cocoa followed by gentle waves of clove and mulling spices.

Palate

Sweet notes of chewy toffee, rum n' raisin fudge, cinnamon swirls, and rich, biscuity malt, with fruit cake spice, hazelnut cream, toasted honeycomb, and balanced cocoa bitterness.

Finish

Dark chocolate Digestive biscuits, thick-cut marmalade, boozy truffles, and festive warmth.
