O Canada! Our home and native land! OK, well no, not the home of MoM Towers, but we do have at least one whisky-loving Canadian among our ranks. Now we've got our very own bottling of Canadian corn whisky too! Hailing from a secret Canadian distillery, the whisky spent seven years maturing between 2015 and 2022, beginning in a refill barrel, before finishing in a little oloroso octave that yielded a total of 123 bottles.

Butterscotch and toffee aplenty with the syrupy sponge of sticky toffee pudding, gooey flapjack, pancake batter.
Woody spice and silky caramel battle for prime position, with rewarding layers of maple syrup, choc chip muffins, galette biscuits, and prickles of drying oak.
Peppery heat creeps towards the finish, with soft coatings of buttered corn and hints of candied pineapple.
This was so delicious I immediately ordered a second after only the first taste!! For this price this is beyond outstanding!! So smooth it’s almost creamy, with an almost pineapple/southern comfort finish! Wonderful.
Well that surprised the hell out of me, absolutely delicious, rich, sweet and dangerously drinkable. Very happy I threw this into my last order.
