Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Full, luxurious and complex with brandy butter and rum and raisin notes. Jamaica ginger cake, banana and caramelised apple soon emerge.

Palate

The wonderful rum character really comes to the fore here before effortlessly handing over to soft, rich toffees and a little treacle.

Finish

Comforting and long with toffee, guava, and soft baking spices.
