19 year old blended malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled for our Single Cask Series by your pals at Master of Malt! This expression is comprised almost entirely of single malt from a famous distillery, along with an absolutely tiny morsel of whisky from another distillery - a process known as 'teaspooning'. It's also mouthwateringly marvellous, with bundles of baked goods and honey'd fruit notes.
Porridge, apple turnover and chocolate-chip brioche. Vanilla-y oak brings a touch of warmth, while orange blossom and pineapple give it a light sweetness.
Greengages, pears and sultanas at the core, surrounded by honey-nut cornflakes and gingersnaps. A waft of floral malt, too.
Crunchy brown sugar, black peppery and flaky pastry.

I think you will find that Westport is the secret Glenmorangie. This is classic malty honeycomb with apple and pear fruit with a big dollop of gentle aromatic spice, very typical of Glenfiddich really.
Extremely lovely. One of the best so-called blends I've ever tasted. If it is Glenmorangie, it's better than any Glenmorangie single malt at this price. I opened a bottle last night and have just ordered two more.
and a good one too. fruity, spicy, and delicious.
