Bottling whisky is a serious but satisfying business, especially when you give the people what they want. By 'the people', we mean discerning whisky drinkers like you, and by 'what they want', we mean gluggable secret Speysiders like this one! Packed with nutty, estery malt, this 10-year-old is bottled from a marriage of casks, meaning there's a generous hall of 1,179 bottles to go around (non-chill filtered, no added colour – as always). We still can't imagine they'll stick around long though...
Soft, ripe peaches and apricots are joined by sweet, juicy notes of Pear Tart Tatin, complete with buttery pastry. Silky vanilla pod and banana loaf bring a tropical touch to things.
All the fruit here! There's tropical fruit salad, creamy apricot, cooked apples and pears, with pastry sweetness and a dusting of icing sugar. White chocolate nestles beneath, with an estery hint of foam banana sweeties.
