We've bottled up a real treat for all you Islay whisky fans! This single malt was distilled in 1993 and spent a mighty 29 years maturing, beginning in a refill barrel and finishing in a teeny little oloroso sherry octave. The distillery of origin is a secret, afraid our lips are sealed on that one, but the whisky boasts a deliciously rich and peaty profile, laden with stewed fruit sweetness and peppery spice.

Smoked, salted toffee, chocolate raisins, coastal brine and beach bonfire embers, with hints of dried berries and hibiscus tea, toasted marshmallows and earthy peat.
Robust layers of sweet peat and peppery spice, with waves of pungent smoke, salted caramel, and juicy barley. Creamier notes of polished oak join in time, with peppercorns and nutmeg nestling right on the edges.
Rich old oak wraps things up, there are notes of pipe smoke and cigar box spice, old leather, and peppery peat, with blackberries and stewed fruit sweetness lingering beneath.
