Mannochmore 27 Year Old 1993 (cask 7855) - Celebration of the Cask (Càrn Mòr)
A true Speyside gem of a single cask release from Mannochmore Distillery as part of the ever-popular Càrn Mòr Celebration of the Cask series. Distilled on the 22nd June 1993 and matured for 27 years in a single ex-bourbon barrel before being bottled on the 8th March 2021. There are just 125 bottles that were drawn from cask 7855, each one a triumph.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sweet, honeyed floral notes with a touch of spice.
Palate
A gentle layering of pepper, vanilla and mouth watering tropical fruits on the backbone.
Finish
Long and satisfying, with a spritz of heat near the end.
