Nose
Warming hints of roasted almonds and walnuts, with drizzle of thyme honey.
Palate
Belgian waffles with vanilla ice cream, juxtaposed by a savoury hint of caraway and mahogany.
Finish
Lasting barley sugar and flaky pastry.
