From the ever-expanding and ever-excellent Signatory indie bottling selection comes a 13 year old Mannochmore, drawn from a pair of hogshead that were laid down in April 2007. In November 2020, those two casks were cracked open and drained of the delicious whisky within, and then bottled up at 43% ABV.
Buttery croissants, brown sugar and a flinty hint or two.
Sliced apple and pear, ground cinnamon, honey, drying peppery heat.
Praline and sugared almond.
