From the Mannochmore Distillery comes this delightful single malt, distilled in April 2007. The whisky spent 13 years maturing in two hogshead casks (casks #6666 and #6669, to be exact), and once it was good and ready, it was bottled up in March 2021 by the wonderful indie bottler Signatory.
Almond croissants, dried apples, a touch of green tea, and flint.
Fresh zesty citrus, honey cinnamon buns, cedar wood, and peppery oak.
Herbaceous spice with green, woody notes, nutty nougat, and crisp green apple.
