Mannochmore 11 Year Old Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish (Darkness) 50cl Whisky

A big bold, sherried single malt from Mannochmore, brought to us as part of the independent Darkness collection. This whisky spent 11 years maturing, including a finish in Pedro Ximénez sherry octave casks. Smaller casks ensure greater interaction between whisky and wood, in this case bringing treacly sweetness and soft spice to the old-school malt at its heart. A release of 348 bottles.
