Description
A quietly brilliant Speysider given the single-cask spotlight by Lady of the Glen. Distilled on 24 April 2014 and matured for 11 years in a first-fill bourbon hogshead, cask #10367, this Mannochmore shows exactly why this distillery deserves more attention than it gets. Bottled at 60.3% ABV on 14 October 2025 with no filtering nonsense and released in just 279 individually numbered bottles, it is clean, fruity and elegantly confident. No fireworks. Just very good whisky doing its thing.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Green apple, pear and peach with vanilla bean, honey, light florals, citrus zest and sweet malt.
Palate
Vanilla, creamy toffee, ripe banana, coconut and almond, plus soft cinnamon and white pepper.
Finish
Lingering vanilla sweetness and a flicker of citrus peel.
