Distilled in 2009, this Mannochmore single malt was then matured in seven hogshead casks for over a decade. At 11 year old, The Single Malts of Scotland independently bottled it up for its Reserve Casks series in 2021. An intriguing dram, full of florals, herbs, and buttery sweetness.

Nose
Candied lime, raspberry jam on buttered toast, and dried apple, with fresh hay and herbs in tow.
Palate
Spiced French toast, boiled sweeties, and green oak, alongside apple blossom.
Finish
A buttery finish, with ripe pear in support.
