    An indie bottling of Mannochmore single malt! This particular whisky has seen 11 years of ageing in a single cask, spending seven months finishing in a first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. In 2019, James Eadie bottled the single malt, with 311 bottles drawn at cask strength, a healthy 56.8% ABV.

    Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

    Cherry jam, with oak spice, a touch of orange peel, and a drizzle of caramel.

    Palate

    Red berry tart with buttery pastry, a crack of black pepper, strawberry laces, with lots of cinnamon.

    Finish

    Milk chocolate praline and lots of forest fruits.
