Indie Mannochmore single malt, aged in a single bourbon hogshead for 11 years after being distilled in 2008. Following that rest, the folks from Chapter 7 bottled it up as part of the Monologue series, with only 338 bottles produced.
Freshly made bread with marmalade. A waft of meadow freshness develops later on.
Still enjoyably well-rounded with notes of baked goods and citrus.
Coconut ice, honeydew melon and green apple.
