Independently bottled single malt Scotch from Mannochmore, released by the fab folks at Hidden Spirits! This expression was distilled in 2011 and matured for a decade, until 2021 when it was bottled up at a hearty 53.8% ABV.
Fragrant ginger with zesty notes of menthol softened by buttery pastry and vanilla custard.
Honey biscuits, bold barley with nutty spice, a sweet touch of pear, and oily, peppery oak.
Citrus oil, soft sponge cake, clove, a touch of cut grass.
