Single malts from Mannochmore are something of a rarity, so this here is a treat! This 10 year old Speysider was distilled on 27 April 2007 and left to mature in a pair of hogsheads. On 25 April 2018, just two days before its 11th birthday, the whisky was drained from the casks and bottled by Signatory at 43% ABV.
Stewed pear with loads of ginger spice, vanilla custard and ripe banana with a balanced green herby undertone.
Orange marmalade and honeyed malt cereal notes, with cedar wood, rich oak baking spices.
Dark chocolate praline and freshly cut grass.
