Two casks of Mannochmore single malt combined their powers to create this tasty indie bottling from Signatory! The casks (a pair of hogsheads, since you asked) were filled in April 2007, cracked open in October 2017, and bottled up by the aforementioned Signatory at 46% ABV.
Hot cross buns with salted butter, a hint of vegetal oak, marmalade.
Chocolate ice-cream, toffee chunks, fresh green apples, a few more bready hints developing later on.
Softly spiced with nutmeg and ginger.
