From Wemyss Malts comes a single cask Speyside single malt, sourced from Mannochmore Distillery. The vintage 2007 vintage was matured for 15 years in a single hogshead cask, which produced 314 bottles at 46% ABV.
Lemon meringue, icing sugar, vanilla, cut grass, and sharp green apples.
Black pepper, creamy vanilla, and stone fruit.
Long and sweet.
