Star Hill Farm 2026 Release is Maker’s Mark annual release that digs right into the land itself, exploring how grain, soil, and farming choices shape what ends up in your glass.
For 2026, the focus shifts to wheat, specifically whether different wheat types can genuinely change depth and character. Spoiler: they can. Built from a blend of soft red winter, hard white, and heirloom hard red wheat, alongside a hefty 62% malted wheat and a touch of malted barley, this is a whisky with regenerative agriculture and estate-grown production behind it.
