Maison Benjamin Kuentz Spicy Nouba
Single malt French whisky from Maison Benjamin Kuentz. This expression is called Spicy Nouba, and is lightly peated expression that has enjoyed a trio of finishes, in Cognac, vermouth, and ginger brandy casks. The result is a medley of complex spices, fruit, and gentle smoke. Makes for a terrific aperitif.

Nose
Soft smoke, charred peaches and pineapple, with vanilla, and some earthy spices.
Palate
Cereal, silky caramel, oaky vanilla, some scorched lemon and orange, and more gentle smoke.
Finish
Smoke lingers, along with some alpine herbs.
