Sherry
A Sherry-cask-finished Macduff single malt, bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for the Cooper's Choice range. It was initially matured in American oak casks before being transferred over to Sherry oak casks to impart some fruity/chocolatey/generally-delicious notes. A release of 375 bottles.
Well-spiced with plenty of cinnamon and clove, before layers of sultana and milk chocolate arrive on the scene.
Chocolate-coated caramels, a juicy burst of raisins and prune. Fresh green apples.
Sticky Sherry and brown sugar.
