From That Boutique-y Whisky Company's extensive selection of independently bottled whiskies comes a 21 year old Macduff single malt! The label features the character which shares the distillery's name, enjoying a Duff Beer and Macduff boilermaker and a chat. Seems he needs to be off shortly to do something. Not sure what, though. Seems important, but we wouldn't want to get ahead of ourselves with assuming anything.

Batch 7 is a release of 380 bottles.

‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Dried fruit, dark chocolate and walnut whip with some waxiness and sweet floral notes of lavender. There’s hints of herbal tea and black olives underneath.

Palate: Chewy and mouth-filling, with dark fruits, a little citrus and toasted, integrated wood. A herbal note is retained among rich oak spice.

Finish: A little fresh orange element lingers alongside nutty oak and more black fruit.
