A Port-cask-finished single malt from Macduff here, independently bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for its Cooper's Choice range. This one was distilled back in September 2003 and initially aged in American oak, before being finished in a Port pipe. 306 bottles were produced.

Nose
Juicy red berries, blended with runny honey and dry malt.
Palate
Apricot, salted butter on hot cross buns, a touch of fizzy strawberry laces.
Finish
Pomegranate, oatcake, toffee.
