Indie bottler Signatory picked out a fine pair of casks for this release! The single malt was distilled at Macduff in 2006 and left to mature in two bourbon barrels for 14 years, before eventually being bottled in the summer of 2021.
Roasted nuts and toasted malt with perfumed floral fruit, green apples, and herbal zest.
Honeyed corn flakes, sweet and floral citrus blossom, gingernut biscuits and salted caramel.
Nutmeg and black pepper are balanced by plenty of light grape, pear, and citrus fruit.
