Description
This impressive limited edition single malt Scotch joins the Mac-Talla range of glorious Islay whiskies from undisclosed distilleries. This expression spent its entire maturation in a selection of 24 casks that previously held Bordeaux red wine, and the tangle of coastal peat smoke, aromatic oak, and unctuous red fruits are a heavenly match!

Nose
Wild strawberries, tangy raspberries, smoked herbs, and bonfire ash.
Palate
Dark cherry chocolate and hefty peat smoke lead, with clove spice and dense, sweet oak.
Finish
Zesty orange peels and flamed fruit creep in, with coastal embers, damp peat, and salted almonds.
