A Silver Seal bottling of 30 year old Longmorn, drawn from a Sherry cask that was home to the whisky for an impressive 30 years! It was distilled in 1984 and bottled in 2015 with an outturn of 420 bottles (all adorned with an image of a cheetah, as this is part of Silver Seal's Whisky is Nature range).
Vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce, with a few hints of peaches in syrup following on.
Subtly earthy as it opens up, with notes of clove and cinnamon, but remains packed with sweet vanilla and orchard fruit.
yellow plum, white grape and just a whisper of smoke.
