Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Oatcakes, Rice Krispies in milk with a good spoonful of sugar on top. Subtly fragrant with lemon leaf and fresh honeydew melon.
Palate
Basil, cedar and peppery pine. Juicy sultana and blueberry. A generous scoop of rum-raisin ice-cream, too.
Finish
A long finish, packed with notes of milk chocolate and poppy seed muffin.
