This is a 26 year old single malt from the Longmorn distillery, which was distilled in June 1990 and bottled in August 2016. It was aged in hogshead #8618 until it was independently bottled by Signatory as part of their Cask Strength Collection with an outturn of 240 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Vine peaches, orange peels and a hint of Ovaltine.
Palate
Jammy Dodgers and sugary shortbread. Quite fruity at points with notes of melon and apple.
Finish
Thick malt and runny caramel.
