A 21 year old Longmorn, distilled in February 1991 and aged in a refill hogshead before bottling by Douglas Laing for their Old Malt Cask range in March 2012. A release of just 238 bottles.
Nose: Elderberries and acacia honey, black pepper, peach nectar and toffee.
Palate: A spiced palate with toffee, grist and burnt sugar. Notes of sultanas and walnuts.
Finish: Cedar and cinnamon.
